We feel that when it comes to first aid coaching it is vital that it is done well and in a way that makes you feel confident and competant to actually use it if you find yourself in the situation that needs it.

So to ensure this, we use as little powerpoint as possible, with lots of time to practise and get hands on with the techniques and knowledge

We also add onto the the Course the AED DEFIB add on. We know that this bit of kit will save someones life, so you need to know how to use it
